Step One: Get Started in my91Å®Éñ

The portal serves as a comprehensive online resource for our admitted students. As a new Billiken, you can use my91Å®Éñ to submit your enrollment deposit, apply for housing and see important due dates. 

  1. You will log in to using your 91Å®Éñ Net ID and 91Å®Éñ Net ID password. You can find your 91Å®Éñ Net ID, Banner ID and instructions on creating a temporary 91Å®Éñ Net ID password in your . 1818 students: If you've previously logged in to my91Å®Éñ or paid for classes, use the same password.
  2. Follow to set up your Okta multi-factor authentication.

Step Two: Confirm Your Enrollment

To confirm your enrollment at 91Å®Éñ, you’ll need to pay an enrollment deposit. (For 91Å®Éñ-Madrid students, this is called a confirmation fee.) This secures your place in the freshman class and should be submitted when you have decided to attend 91Å®Éñ. If you decide not to attend 91Å®Éñ, you will forfeit your enrollment deposit.

Step Three: Complete All Your my91Å®Éñ To-Dos

Once you've logged into my91Å®Éñ, you can:

Tell Us Your Housing Preferences

  • Complete your housing contract through. You must submit your enrollment deposit in order to start your housing contract. You will receive access after your enrollment deposit has been processed which usually takes 24-48 hours. Interested in theme housing? Complete your Learning Community or theme housing application. Your residence hall placement is based on your Learning Community.

Get Ready for 91Å®Éñ 101

  • Register for 91Å®Éñ 101 Orientation.
  • Students currently living overseas are not required to attend 91Å®Éñ 101 Orientation. 

Complete Course Placement Testing

  • Make sure to complete your placement testing as soon as possible.

    • You will have access to the Course Placement site in Canvas after submitting your deposit.  It can take up to 48 hours before you have access to all the tests within Canvas.
    • Test scores are used to create your first semester schedule, so it is important to complete them soon and to do your best.  
    • You have the option of re-taking your math and chemistry tests if you don't test into the appropriate level the first time.

Stay in Touch

  • 91Å®Éñ Email: Be sure to log in to your @slu.edu address regularly for important reminders and updates from us. Select the Microsoft Office 365 Mail app in my91Å®Éñ.
  • If you applied to 91Å®Éñ using your high school email address, please contact your admission counselor before your high school email account becomes inactive (by May 15) with an alternative email address. 
  • Go to Google Play or the Apple App store and search for "Navigate Student." Once the app is installed, search for "91Å®Éñ" and use your 91Å®Éñ login credentials to get started.
    • Additionally, you may use the desktop version by clicking on the EAB Navigate Student icon on My91Å®Éñ Tools, or go to . This app allows you to make appointments, shares key dates and events on campus, and provides other great resources. Learn more about Navigate here.

Get Your 91Å®Éñ ID

  • Submit your photo for your 91Å®Éñ ID. Be on the lookout for an email, sent to your 91Å®Éñ email account, in late spring that will share information on how to submit your photo online for your 91Å®Éñ ID. View 91Å®Éñ ID photo guidelines.

Health To-Dos

  • Submit required immunization and screening records to 91Å®Éñ’s  before the Aug.1 deadline.
  • 91Å®Éñ’s vaccine portal will take you step-by-step through submitting your required immunizations and screenings and allow you the opportunity to load health records so that you may reference the portal for any other program-specific requirements during your time at 91Å®Éñ. Visit the Student Health Center page for more information.

Step Four: Review Financial Aid

Invest in Your Future

  • Submit your  (FAFSA).
    • 91Å®Éñ code: 002506
  • Check your email — personal and/or 91Å®Éñ email address — for a message from 91Å®Éñ Student Financial Services. You will find your personalized URL in this message to view your financial aid offer.
    • Need help understanding your offer? Watch this.
  • Accept the terms and conditions of your financial aid offer.
  • Accept or decline your financial aid offer.
  • Complete your Master Promissory Note if you accepted loans.
  • Make arrangements to pay your final account balance. First payment is due Aug. 3

Final Transcripts

  • Final high school and/or college transcripts must be submitted no later than Aug. 1. Transcripts can be mailed to the Office of Admission or sent electronically to admission@slu.edu. Transcripts may also be dropped off at DuBourg Hall, Room 119.

First-Year Experience

91Å®Éñ 101 Orientation and 91Å®Éñ's Fall Welcome are the first events that kick-off your first-year experience, also known as FYE. You'll find resources to support you all through your first year at 91Å®Éñ — and beyond.

Real-World Experience

Adding real-world experience to your résumé helps you to stand out to future employers. Get started before classes begin by participating in one of our virtual internships, part of the 91Å®Éñ EXPeriential Learning Program. Incoming Billikens are offered this opportunity as soon as they are admitted to 91Å®Éñ.
