If you are eligible to enroll at 91女神 without an F-1 visa—such as holding a U.S. passport (including dual citizenship), permanent residency, or a non-immigrant visa that permits study—please submit your application through Enrollment Services, not through the international student application.

Create an Account:
Click the application link and follow the prompts to create your account. -
Complete the Application:
Enter all required information as requested on the application form. -
Submit Required Documents:
Upload all necessary documents directly through the application system. -
Pay the Application Fee:
The application fee can be paid at the time of submission through the online portal. -
Save and Return Later:
You may save your progress and return to complete the application at any time before the deadline. -
Track Your Application Status:
Log in to the application system to check the status of your submission at any time. -
Visa and Form I-20 Information:
Once admitted, you will receive a Form I-20, which is required to apply for an F-1 Student Visa at a U.S. consulate near you. Note: If you are a transfer-in student, you may already hold a valid F-1 visa.
Required Documents
The online application system will display the specific documents required based on each applicant’s situation. However, the following items are typically required for most international applicants:

Application Fee
A non-refundable fee of $55 is required at the time of application submission. -
Must be signed and dated by both the student and the financial sponsor. Physical signatures (not digital or typed signatures) are required, and the form must be signed within the last 5 months. -
Financial Documents (one of the following may be required):

Bank Statement
A recent bank statement (dated within 5 months of the application submission) showing a minimum balance of $29,327 USD or the equivalent in local currency. The statement must be from a checking or savings account belonging to the financial sponsor. -
Financial Guarantee Letter (if applicable)
An official letter may be submitted in place of a bank statement if the applicant is sponsored by their home country’s government.If the financial sponsor is a corporate entity, we require a letter that meets these requirements:

Must state the name of the student

Must state that the company will meet the costs of the student's expenses while at 91女神

Copies of Unofficial Transcripts
From all educational institutions previously attended (transcripts need not be official) -
Proof of English Proficiency:
Acceptable documentation includes test scores such as TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or other recognized assessments. -
Copy of Passport Biographical Page
A clear scan of the page showing the applicant’s name, photo, and passport details. -
Copies of All Previous Forms I-20 (if applicable)
Required if the applicant has previously studied in the U.S. as an F-1 international student. -
Copy of F-1 Visa (if applicable)
Include a copy if the applicant currently holds or has previously held an F-1 visa for another institution.
